Proposal Info and Link to Form

Do you have an event that you would like Gateway City Live to help sponsor or facilitate to happen? 

If so, please complete our proposal form and someone from Gateway City Live will contact you. 

To complete this form fully, you will be asked about the event you propose and details including:
(Note: Non Gmail users, if you do Not fill out the form completely your entered info will Not be Saved)

• Description of the event and desired dates
• Which space you envision your event at Gateway
• Technical equipment and personnel needs
• Projected Attendance
• Budget basics of expenses and projected income

This board meets monthly so please propose date that is at least 3 months after your submission for the appropriate & successful amount of planning time.
